ServicesDigitPres provides Link-in-Bio Profiles and Artist Profiles, fully managed digital presence services, built and managed on a professional infrastructure operated by DigitPres.2. Project CommencementWork begins only after the Setup Fee is settled and all necessary materials (texts, images, logos) have been submitted. Projects are handled on a priority basis, in the order they are received.3. Domain & HostingIf the client uses their own Domain Name, they retain 100% ownership, registered in their name.If the client instead uses a premium e-artist.net subdomain, this subdomain remains the property of DigitPres. It is provided for the client's use only as long as the annual Hosting & Support fee is active.Hosting and technical management are provided by DigitPres as part of the service. The profile remains hosted within our managed infrastructure for as long as the annual Hosting & Support fee is active.4. Annual RenewalThe Hosting & Support service is renewed annually. If the annual fee is not paid by its due date, the website may be temporarily suspended until payment is settled. The Domain Name, being registered in the client's name, always remains the client's property.5. Client Content & ResponsibilityThe client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all materials (texts, images, logos) they provide. The client confirms that their content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not unlawful.6. Service CompletionA project is considered "Completed" once it is published on the client's domain or subdomain and approved.7. Post-Delivery SupportAny modifications requested after delivery are handled through our Support Ticket system and are subject to additional charges, always communicated in advance.8. LiabilityDigitPres is not responsible for data loss, downtime caused by third-party providers, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.9. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.10. Changes to These TermsWe may update these terms from time to time. Refund Policy
We want our terms to be clear and fair to everyone.Domain & HostingAny payment made for a Domain Name or Hosting is non-refundable, as these are purchased from third-party providers (or allocated, in the case of subdomains) at the time of your order and cannot be reversed on our side.SetupSince setup is provided free of charge, no refund applies to it.CancellationsIf you decide to cancel before your profile is completed, any amounts already paid for domain or hosting remain non-refundable, as they have already been spent on your behalf.
